Claims & History
The main claim at this location was objects moving. It was reported that CDs would disappear from around the stereo. The CDs would later reappear in an area where the instructor had already looked. Similarly, the client noted that a set of curtains was missing. At the reveal, the client informed us that the curtains were found, in a place where she had looked many times before. Also, a professional photographer who was in the building taking photographs mentioned that the building had a spirit. The client was not sure what made the photographer say this.
Personal Experiences
Brian and Jeremy were investigating the upstairs dance room when they experienced a large EMF fluctuation. It occurred over a stool, which would not generally have an electromagnetic field. Other than feelings of heaviness and fatigue, no other personal experiences occurred in the upstairs room. Lisa and Alex were investigating the downstairs dance hall when they also experienced a sudden fluctuation in the EMF field, accompanied by a battery drain on the MEL Meter. Several minutes later, the EVPs were recorded.
Evidence
While the EVPS are difficult to discern, they do not appear to be the voices of any of the investigators who were on site. It is interesting to note that a battery drain occurred just a few minutes before the EVPS were recorded. Entities need energy to manifest, and one theory is that the entity can use energy from batteries in objects to manifest. Assuming the EVPs are an entity trying to communicate, the battery drain may have produced the energy the entity was using to communicate.
Conclusions
In this case, the only evidence we obtained were two EVPs. While the EVPs do not sound like a member of PSL, we cannot definitely conclude that they are paranormal. Without further investigation, PSL cannot definitively state that paranormal activity exists at this location.
